We had a great experience with Vincent. He was open, thorough, and never rushed us into making a decision, which we really appreciated. We ended up buying a Mazda 2 at a fair price and couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Would definitely recommend!

I used this company when they were in Chingford some 15-20 years ago, so it was a surprise to find them trading in the back of Nazing, my daughter bought a Toyota Yaris off of them last year & had such a good positive experience, I know I had to purchase from them myself.We had a Renault Kadjar which we bought of another car dealer who sold us a complete money pit, so in the end I had to swallow the £6000 lose, but decided to buy my wife’s car from this wonderful company.So happy to say that at the end of May we purchased a Vauxhall CROSSLAND X from them, totally a positive experience, we have ended up with a car that surpasses its basic feel, the entire process from start to finish at Lea Valley Motor Comoany is probably the best I have ever had & as soon as I can I will return to buy another car off of them.I can not thank them enough for restoring my confidence. I’m so happy with the Renault Clio I bought from Vincent and the team at Lea Valley Motor Company. They offer incredible service and aim to make sure their customers are totally satisfied with their purchase. Wouldn’t buy a car from anyone else. Was sceptical as I’ve had terrible service from other dealerships but they sold me a good car that unfortunately developed an issue a few months into ownership and they got it fixed for me promptly. Vincent and Norman are nice people to deal with.

Excellent service from both Vincent and Norman. Vincent even set up the direct debit with the DVLA and completed the signing off of the old documents. Made the whole process extremely easy.Would definitely recommend
